INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: UTILITY SCALE WIND TOWERS FROM CANADA AND THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM: FINAL RESULTS OF THE EXPEDITED FIRST SUNSET REVIEWS OF THE COUNTERVAILING DUTY ORDERS

WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Utility Scale Wind Towers From Canada and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Countervailing Duty Orders.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 9 by Abdelali Elouaradia, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on utility scale wind towers from Canada and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section...
