WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Oil Country Tubular Goods From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 19 by Abdelali Elouaradia, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
