WASHINGTON, Dec. 31 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Oil Country Tubular Goods From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Covered Merchandise Referral and Initiation of Covered Merchandise Inquiry.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 31 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
