INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: OIL COUNTRY TUBULAR GOODS FROM INDIA: FINAL RESULTS OF COUNTERVAILING DUTY ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW; 2022

WASHINGTON, May 13 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Oil Country Tubular Goods From India: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2022.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 13 by Abdelali Elouaradia, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from India. The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022.
