WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less-Than-Fair-Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 16 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
