WASHINGTON, Aug. 1 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: L-Lysine From the People's Republic of China: Postponement of Preliminary Determination in the Countervailing Duty Investigation.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 1 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
