WASHINGTON, Jan. 22 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Hardwood and Decorative Plywood From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, Preliminary Negative Determination of Critical Circumstances, and Alignment of Final Determination With Final Antidumping Duty Determination.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 22 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
