INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: HARD EMPTY CAPSULES FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA: PRELIMINARY AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION OF SALES AT LESS THAN FAIR VALUE, POSTPONEMENT OF FINAL DETERMINATION, AND EXTENSION OF PROVISIONAL MEASURES

WASHINGTON, May 29 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Hard Empty Capsules From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 29 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary, for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
