WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Glycine From India, Japan, Thailand, and the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With Final Scope Ruling and Notice of Amended Final Scope Ruling Pursuant to Court Decision.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
