WASHINGTON, July 17 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Fresh Tomatoes From Mexico: Termination of Suspension Agreement, Rescission of Administrative Reviews, and Imposition of an Antidumping Duty Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 17 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
