WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules, From India, Indonesia, and the Lao People's Democratic Republic: Initiation of Countervailing Duty Investigations.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 12 by Abdelali Elouaradia, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
