WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe From the Republic of Korea: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Results of Antidumping Administrative Review; Notice of Amended Final Results.
