The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 7 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain steel nails (nails) from Malaysia were sold at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
