WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods From Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Mexico were sold in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR), May 11, 2022, through October 31, 2023.
