INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: CERTAIN MONOMERS AND OLIGOMERS FROM THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA AND TAIWAN: INITIATION OF LESS-THAN-FAIR-VALUE INVESTIGATIONS

WASHINGTON, April 23 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Monomers and Oligomers From the Republic of Korea and Taiwan: Initiation of Less-Than-Fair-Value Investigations.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 23 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
