INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: CERTAIN CORROSION-RESISTANT STEEL PRODUCTS FROM SOUTH AFRICA: PRELIMINARY AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION OF SALES AT LESS THAN FAIR VALUE, POSTPONEMENT OF FINAL DETERMINATION, AND EXTENSION OF PROVISIONAL MEASURES

WASHINGTON, April 10 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products From South Africa: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 10 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the Non-exclusive Functions and Duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
