WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate From the Federal Republic of Germany: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024.
