WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Brake Drums From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination and Extension of Provisional Measures.
