WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Aluminum Wire and Cable From the People's Republic of China: Final Negative Scope Ruling and Final Affirmative Determination of Circumvention With Respect to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 27 by Abdelali Elouaradia, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
