WASHINGTON, June 12 -- International Boundary And Water Commission, United States And Mexico has issued a notice called: Notice of Adoption of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)'s Categorical Exclusion for Real Property Federal Transfer Pursuant to Section 109 of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
