WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 -- Internal Revenue Service has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Comment Request on U.S. Withholding Tax Return for Disposition by Foreign Persons of U.S. Real Property Interests and Statement of Withholding on Dispositions by Foreign Persons of U.S. Real Property Interests.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 28 by Kerry Dennis, Tax Analyst.
