FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: FOOD SAFETY MODERNIZATION ACT DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN FACILITY REINSPECTION, RECALL, AND IMPORTER REINSPECTION FEE RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026

WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a notice called: Food Safety Modernization Act Domestic and Foreign Facility Reinspection, Recall, and Importer Reinspection Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2026.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 30 by Grace R. Graham, Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.

Summary: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or we) is announcing the fiscal year (FY) 2026 fee rates for certain domestic and foreign facility reinspections, failures to comply with a recall order, and importer reinspections that are authorized by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), as amended by the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
