WASHINGTON, March 11 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Similarity of Appearance Explanation for the Northern Distinct Population Segment of the Southern Subspecies of Scarlet Macaw.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 11 by Paul Souza, Regional Director, Region 8, Exercising the Delegated Authority of the Director, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
