WASHINGTON, May 8 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a notice called: Marine Mammals; Incidental Take During Specified Activities; Proposed Incidental Harassment Authorization for Southwest Alaska Stock of Northern Sea Otters in Kodiak, Alaska.
