WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- Federal Transit Administration has issued a notice called: Limitation on Claims Against Proposed Public Transportation Project-METRO Blue Line Light Rail Extension Project, Cities of Minneapolis, Robbinsdale, Crystal, and Brooklyn Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
