WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Federal Trade Commission has issued a rule called: Revision of the Negative Option Rule, Withdrawal of the CARS Rule, Removal of the Non-Compete Rule To Conform These Rules to Federal Court Decisions.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 12 by Joel Christie, Acting Secretary.
