WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Federal Aviation Administration has issued a notice called: Notice of Availability of Proposed Voluntary Agreement for Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, Point Reyes National Seashore, and Muir Woods National Monument.
