ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES RULE: WITHDRAWALS OF FINDINGS OF FAILURE TO SUBMIT STATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN AND FINDING OF FAILURE TO ATTAIN FOR THE RUSK AND PANOLA COUNTIES, TEXAS 2010 SULFUR DIOXIDE PRIMARY NATIONAL AMBIENT AIR QUALITY STANDARD AREA

WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Withdrawals of Findings of Failure To Submit State Implementation Plan and Finding of Failure To Attain for the Rusk and Panola Counties, Texas 2010 Sulfur Dioxide Primary National Ambient Air Quality Standard Area.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 5 by Walter Mason, Regional Administrator, Region 6.
