WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Pesticide Tolerances; Implementing Registration Review Decisions for Certain Pesticides (Capric (Decanoic) Acid, Caprylic (Octanoic) Acid, and Pelargonic (Nonanoic) Acid).

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 10 by Edward Messina, Director, Office of Pesticide Programs.
