WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Delegation of Authority to North Carolina and Forsyth County of the Federal Plan for Existing Landfills.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 26 by Kevin McOmber, Regional Administrator.
