ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ISSUES RULE: AIR PLAN APPROVAL; PENNSYLVANIA; REDESIGNATION OF THE BEAVER COUNTY NONATTAINMENT AREA TO ATTAINMENT AND APPROVAL OF THE AREA'S MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR THE 2010 1-HOUR PRIMARY SULFUR DIOXIDE NATIONAL AMBIENT AIR QUALITY STANDARD

WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Pennsylvania; Redesignation of the Beaver County Nonattainment Area to Attainment and Approval of the Area's Maintenance Plan for the 2010 1-Hour Primary Sulfur Dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Amy Van Blarcom-Lackey, Regional Administrator, Region III.
