WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule called: Air Plan Approval; Indiana; Huntington County 2010 Sulfur Dioxide Redesignation and Maintenance Plan.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 9 by Anne Vogel, Regional Administrator, Region 5.

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finds that Huntington Township in Huntington County, Indiana (hereafter referred to as "Huntington area") is attaining the 2010 sulfur dioxide (SO 2) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
