WASHINGTON, April 7 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Receipt of Pesticide Petitions Filed for Residues of Pesticide Chemicals in or on Various Commodities-January 2025.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 7 by Kimberly Smith, Acting Director, Information Technology and Resources Management Division, Office of Program Support.
Summary: This document announces the Agency's receipt of initial filings of pesticide petitions requesting the establishment or modification of regulations for residues of pesticide chemicals in or on various commodities.
