WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Phasedown of Hydrofluorocarbons: Reconsideration of Certain Regulatory Requirements Promulgated Under the Technology Transitions Provisions of the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 3 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
