WASHINGTON, Nov. 10 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants From Hazardous Waste Combustors: Residual Risk and Technology Review; Withdrawal of Proposed Revisions to Standards for Periods of Malfunction.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 10 by Lee Zeldin, Administrator.
