WASHINGTON, March 17 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Extension of the Attainment Date of the Coachella Valley Extreme Nonattainment Area Under the 1997 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 17 by Cheree D. Peterson, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
