WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule called: Determination of Attainment by the Attainment Date but for International Emissions for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards; Phoenix-Mesa Nonattainment Area, Arizona.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 19 by Michael Martucci, Acting Regional Administrator, Region IX.
