WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Department Of Veterans Affairs has issued a notice called: Instruction of the Secretary and General Policy Statement on Processing Claims Under Section 252 of the Joseph Maxwell Cleland Robert Joseph Dole Memorial Veterans Benefits and Health Care Improvement Act of 2022.
