WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- Department of the Army has issued a notice called: Record of Decision on Army Training Land Retention of State Lands at Kahuku Training Area, Kawailoa-Poamoho Training Area, and Makua Military Reservation, Island of O'ahu, Hawai'i.
