WASHINGTON, May 7 -- Department of the Army, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has issued a notice called: Scoping Period Extension for the Notice of Intent To Prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for the Columbia River System Operations.
