WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers has issued a notice called: Withdrawal of Notice of Intent (NOI) To Prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Kennecott Tailings Impoundment Expansion Project in Salt Lake County, Utah.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 20 by Tambour L. Eller, Programs Director, South Pacific Division.
