WASHINGTON, Dec. 30 -- Department Of State has issued a rule called: International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Exemption for Defense Trade and Cooperation Among Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 30 by Thomas G. DiNanno, Under Secretary, Arms Control and International Security, Department of State.
