WASHINGTON, Feb. 21 -- Department Of State has issued a notice called: Notice of Department of State Sanctions Actions Pursuant to the Executive Order Regarding Blocking Property With Respect to Specified Harmful Foreign Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation.
