WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- Department Of Homeland Security has issued a proposed rule called: Establishing a Fixed Time Period of Admission and an Extension of Stay Procedure for Nonimmigrant Academic Students, Exchange Visitors, and Representatives of Foreign Information Media.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 28 by Kristi Noem, Secretary, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
