DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ISSUES NOTICE: RESCISSION OF GUIDANCE ON NONDISCRIMINATION PROTECTIONS UNDER THE CHURCH AMENDMENTS

WASHINGTON, Jan. 26 -- Department Of Health And Human Services has issued a notice called: Rescission of Guidance on Nondiscrimination Protections Under the Church Amendments.
