WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Department Of Energy has issued a rule called: Rescinding Regulations Related to Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Education Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 10 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.
