WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- Department Of Education has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval; Comment Request; Request for Designation as an Eligible Institution Under Section 312 of the HEA and Waivers of the Non-Federal Cost Share Reimbursement.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 12 by Brian Fu, Program and Management Analyst, Office of the Chief Data Officer, Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development.

Summary: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the Department is proposing an extension without change to a currently approved information collection request (ICR).
