DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE ISSUES RULE: UPDATING AND STREAMLINING THE REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE HANDLING AND SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS UNDER THE FEDERAL TORT CLAIMS ACT

WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Department Of Commerce has issued a rule called: Updating and Streamlining the Regulations Governing the Handling and Settlement of Claims Under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
