WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Extension of Collection; Comment Request; National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS) and Follow-Up Activities for Product Related Injuries.
