WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has issued a proposed rule called: Registry of Supervised Nonbanks That Use Form Contracts To Impose Terms and Conditions That Seek To Waive or Limit Consumer Legal Protections; Withdrawal of Proposed Rule.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 29 by Russell Vought, Acting Director, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
